We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 1 Hour of your orders of tests/scans.

1.1 Wrong test has been registered which is different from what you wanted/prescribed by the Doctor. 1.2 Not after 1 Hour of time from sample collection time as your tests might have undergone primary testing phase. 1.3 Your reports delivery have exceeded 48 hrs of the TAT commitment 1.4 To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 1.5 Due to some unforeseen circumstances your home collection was not done. 1.6 You can also add/modify tests but within 1 hour of time sample collection by calling us directly or booking the order at ghidiagnostics.com. The difference amount shall be adjusted and refunded. Kindly give us a call on +91- 80746 42987 for your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund..
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original source of payment account within 3-7 working days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted..
